Q: How do I know you won’t steal my work?
Intellectual Capital Development adheres to all data protection and intellectual property laws. As you engage to our subscription packages, we will send you various agreements protecting your proprietary rights and privacy to your work.
Q: How quickly will my work be protected once I register?
Registration of your intellectual property will take a total of 2-3 working days. After 72 hours, you will receive a Certificate confirming that the registration has been completed, and you are protected.
Q: What if I have more than one work to register?
One package is applicable only to one registration. However, if you have more than 5 immediate works which you wish to protect through us, we recommend that you reach out to our team via contact@intellectualcapital.mu for alternative packages and solutions.
Q: What do you need from me?
Prior to proceeding with the registration of any work, we will require proof of your identity and of your ownership of the work in question. For this, our team will get in touch with you immediately upon your purchase of any one of our packages and guide you through the process.
Q: Who needs this?
Everyone. You don’t only need to be a creator to require your intellectual property to be registered. Anyone who does not want their features to be replicated or used by AI needs what we can offer.
